We want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 30-day risk-free return and exchange policy for all glasses and magnetic Top Frames. If you aren't completely satisfied with your Pair, we'll provide a full refund or help you find the perfect replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Select Your Option

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your frames for a new style or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
